Application Form

  • These instructions are for your guidance. Read it carefully before filling the application form and sign it in token of having read and understood these instructions.
  • Filling of Application Form:-
    Fill legibly in your own handwriting.  Answer all columns. Write “not applicable” or “Nil” against column which does not apply ot you or when information asked for is “Nil”. Add white sheet if you find any part of the application form inadequate.
  • Correspondence:-
    In your correspondence with the Commission, quote number of the advertisement whit serial number of the post  applied for and your postal address. It is for you to inform the Commission of changes in your postal address. The Commission does not accept any responsibility for delayed or undelivered communications.
  • Submission of Application Form:-
    Send by registered post or by acknowledgement due if you want acknowledgement of its receipt from the Commission. Demand a receipt when personally delivering at the Commission.
  • Serving Candidates:-
    Candidates who are already in service of Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Bodies may apply direct to the Commission if they are unable ot obtain the departmental permission before the closing date for the applications. The Commission does not allow any extra time, beyond the closing date, for postal transit or for routing the application through the Department. However, such candidates must submit the certificate of the departmental permission on Form ‘D’ attached at page Six of the application form within thirty days of the closing date failing which their applications will be liable to rejection.
  • Relaxation of prescribed conditions:-
    The Commission cannot relax upper age limit or any of the advertised conditions. A candidate has to approach Government for this purpose.
  • Age the Candidate:-
    Age in all cases shall be reckoned on last day of advertisement.
  • Certificates:
    Send attested photo copies of the certificates and documents as listed in column 20 of the application form. If a document does not apply to you write “not applicable” in the column for the page number. Only regular degrees or provisional certificates and testimonial are required at the time of interview.
  • Zones:
    The Province is divided into five zones comprising the area listed below:-
  • (a)  Zone-1 :- Agencies of bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Kurram, Orakzai, North Waziristan, South Waziristan and Frointier Regions attached to the Districts of Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu and Dera ismail Khan.
  • (b)  Zone-2:- Districts of Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swabi and Mardan.
  • (c)  Zone-3:- Districts of Swat, Buner, Dir, Chitral, Kohistan, Shangla Par and Malakand Areas (Swat Ranizai and Sam Ranizai and backward areas of hazara Division i.e. (1) Ilaqa Upper Tanawal composed of Darband Area f Tehsil Haripur and Shergarh area of District Mansehra and (2)merged Areas composed of Battagram including Hill Nilshang and Thakot, Allai Kaya Khabbal and Goadoon Area.
  • (d)  Zone-4:- Districts of Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Kohat and Karak.
  • (e)  Zone-5:- Districts of Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra excluding their backward areas included in Zone-3.
  •  Zonal Allocation:-
    Zonal allocation exists for posts to be filled through competitive examinations will be made as per Government Policy.
  • Domicile of Female Candidates:-
  • (a)  In the case of married female candidates their husband domicile will be required if they were married before entry into Government Service.
  • (b)  In Case the married after entry in Government Service or still unmarried their own domicile will be required.
  • Eligibility:-
    A candidate must, through this application, satisfy the Commission that he/she is eligible as per condition of the advertisement for the post for which this application is being submitted, The following candidates of eligibility must be strictly kept in view:-     
  • (a)  Only those candidates are eligible whose results are declared before the last date fixed for the receipt of application of inland candidates.
  • Interview:-
    Candidates called for interview will attend at their own expense.
  • Warning:-
  • (a)  Any attempt to influence the Commission in your favour or harm a rival candidate, will disqualify you.
  • (b) A false statement in the application or during interview will, even if detected after your selection means your outright rejection.
  • (c)  With-holding of any material information will disqualify you for the post applied for.
  • (d) Make sure that your application is complete in all respects, Incomplete and late applications are ignored.
  • (e) The Commission accepts only the latest passport size attested photograph with your application. The attesting authority should sign with his designation and date at the back of the photograph. The photograph should not be glued (pasted but attached to the place indicated in the application form. Female candidate may, if they so desire, attach three attested specimen signatures.
  • Note:- The Commission is charged with the responsibility for the selection of candidates for the advertised posts and does not give reasons for selection/rejection. Appointment orders are issued by the concerned departments.
